Changed your mind or unsure if you bought the right product? All products purchased from the Smash online store (www.smashproducts.com), excluding sale periods, can be returned for a refund or store credit. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is unopened, undamaged, and unused. Smash does not reimburse shipping costs, and Smash is not responsible for returns until our team has received and inspected them. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or processed back to the original payment method. If your item does not meet our return criteria, Smash reserves the right to decline the refund of your item/s.
If your product arrived damaged, or if there is an issue with the items received, please contact us by email. If you have another issue with your purchase, or if you wish to make a replacement request, please contact us by email, including a photo of the item/s and your proof of purchase.
